About the Founder
Necie Black was born in Los Angeles, California. The third eldest of eight children, she shared the responsibility of caring for her younger siblings and quickly learned to lead and resolve conflict. She excelled in school and despite becoming a teenage mom, Necie persevered and began a journey of manifesting her best and most authentic self every day.
After more than 27 years in leadership with AT&T, she uses her knowledge and personal corporate experience to bring added value to organizations. As Founder/CEO of Lyfe Smarts LLC., a coaching, training and relationship building platform, Necie helps individuals and teams attain higher levels of synergy, performance, engagement, and satisfaction in their personal and professional spaces. She customizes training, workshops, and seminars for organizational teams.
Necie is a certified Professional and Master Coach, Strengths Strategies for Optimal Performance facilitator, trainer, speaker and author who loves learning. She is a member of the American Business Women’s Association and holds a Master’s in Business from Amberton University, Garland Texas. Necie supports many non-profit organizations and serves her community as Vice-Chair with Dress for Success, Oklahoma City, a non-profit organization providing a network of support, professional attire and tools to help women thrive in work and life.

Can anyone join the membership?
Of course, as long as you are over the age of 18. While the courses and conversations are by and for women in leadership positions, the membership is for anyone who wants to up their leadership game, improve communication skill and create a solid path for their life. And, we won’t discriminate if a gentleman wants access to this state-of-the-art content.
What is included in the membershp?
Membership includes unlimited access to training, live Q&A calls, communication in our private Facebook community and a 25% discount on premium courses and live events. It contains detailed lessons, checklists, real-life applications, and self-care affirming exercises. In addition to the exciting videos and manuals in this package, you also get downloadable tasks on self-care, affirmations, SWOT analysis, and mind-set exercises.
How many courses will this membership offer?
Great question! The sky is the limit. While we are at the introductory phase with very few courses loaded currently, our goal is to have hundreds of bite-sized lessons for you, with fresh content added monthly. Recordings from Live training, Q&A calls and other downloadable items will be added more often.
What is so special about THIS membership?
Great question! We know you’re busy running things with little time to spend tethered to the computer for hours of training. The lessons provided in this membership are in small, bite-sized chunks that are meant to be immediately implemented or put into practice by you. Learn at your own pace, take a strategy then try it out. We want you to have small wins and get results faster. True, there are no overnight or instant successes, yet there are small changes that can lead to more substantive change! We celebrate those too!
There are two rates set for the initial launch (December 2019). Our monthly subscription is $29.00 or save with the annual subscription for $295.00. When you join during the initial launch, you become a Legacy Member and your rate is locked in as long as you remain a member! As a Legacy Member you’re entitled to additional perks based on what you say you want. Prices renew monthly or annually, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Can I purchase a membership for my team?

Are individual coaching or consulting sessions offered?
It isn’t currently. You can click HERE if you’d like to schedule a private session. Of course, as a member you are entitled to a 25% discount on private sessions.
The results you achieve in life and business are based 100% on the effort and commitment you contribute. While we strive for your complete satisfaction with the content of this membership, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve any specific goal as a result of becoming a member.
Your membership may be cancelled at least 1 week before subsequent billing cycle for monthly subscriptions. Annual memberships will be refunded within 30 days of membership start date.
